Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will plan, direct and manage all activities of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, revenue and profit are met within a timely manner. In addition, the manager will be responsible for the project management system, tools and personnel for all assigned projects.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have a Construction Engineering Technologist diploma a related field with a minimum of three years experience in commercial & residential construction. Previous experience in a sub-trade contractor in cladding, roofing, decking, drywall, T-Bar and acoustic ceilings. Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP, the bidding process for job tenders, change orders and strong professional customer service. Approximately 20% travel is required.
This position is best suited to an individual with a strong wor ethic and desire to progress their career in a very fast paced demanding environment.
This is an immediate career position.
