Our south-side client is seeking an Office Administrator to look after the day-to-day responsibilities for their dynamic office.
Your duties will be answering & directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, booking meetings, take meeting minutes, handling couriers and mail. Additional duties will be assisting key personnel with correspondence, maintaining database, tracking information & report generating. Assisting with payroll, A/P and A/R, reconciling expenses and inquires pertaining to each department.
Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate you will have an Office Administration Diploma, with a minimum of two years related office experience in an office setting. You have advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Simply, minimum typing speed of 50 WPM, are self-directed, able to multi task, and are proactive initiating duties that ensure the office runs efficiently. This is an independent position with advancement.
Business hours are: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm
