Our client, a midsize dynamic corporation is searching for an experienced Paralegal with 5+ years experience working extensively within the corporate field and is capable of contributing to the completion of sophisticated transactions and functioning in an integrated team environment.
Qualifications:
You are recognized for your excellent organizational, technical and communications skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and high level executives. You are self sufficient and highly proactive; manage a heavy workload in a timely manner. Have had Paralegal or relevant training, with a minimum of five years experience either in a law firm or with an in-house legal department. CORES Level III as well as working knowledge of ALF is an asset.
Compensation package will commensurate with qualifications.
