Helen joined KPM Staffing in July 2025 as a Legal Recruiting Specialist, bringing over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She is responsible for recruiting and placing Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Lawyers, and administrative professionals across law firms, private practice, and in-house legal departments.
With a background as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal in mid- to large-sized firms, as well as in the oil & gas and mining sectors abroad, Helen offers firsthand insight into the demands of legal roles. Her experience helps her identify strong candidates who are the right fit.
In addition, she brings 15 years of experience as a holistic practitioner, medical massage therapist, and small business owner. This work gave her a solid foundation in medical terminology and strengthened her communication and interpersonal skills. Her approachable nature and genuine interest in people help create a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
